What makes us unique is that we have sold 316 out of 321 properties that we’ve listed for sale and we’ve negotiated more than $35 million above our clients asking price or reserve price at auction.

In my 11 years experience of selling over 300 homes, I’ve been lucky enough to be on many media platforms sharing my inside knowledge and expertise with ABC television, The Australian, Courier Mail, 4BC, and Domain. In October 2011 I was awarded the #1 sales person in Australia for total dollar of sales by the world’s largest real estate franchise.

What I am most proud of is the positive impact that our business has in our clients lives. My team and I are extremely passionate about service and improving the situation of any person that our business touches.

Prior to entering real estate I worked for Australia’s largest property developer and also had a career in Advertising as a Creative Director.

Prior to that I completed a Graduate Diploma in Advertising and a Masters of Business.

In addition to real estate my main loves are my two sons’ Hugo and Alexander, travel, coffee, music, AFL, getting away to the beach, and creating change towards a more professional real estate industry through my role as Chairman of Real Estate Reform Queensland.

Initially, Elaine started her career as a physical therapist but shifted careers as an Administrative and Marketing Executive 5 years ago.

Elaine is highly driven, extremely organised, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in database management, marketing, and administration. Her high-level database skill set means our team communicates more regularly and more effectively with active and non-active buyers. This, in turn, leads to higher numbers of inspections at open homes, more bidders, and greater competition for properties that we are selling.

When not working in real estate, Elaine loves to cook, dine out with family and friends, and work as a volunteer at her local church. She is also a proud mother of 3 children who she has the pleasure of home schooling.
